doctor said

on week 32 , we visited our gynecolog.

these are what he suggested me to do. Everyday.

1. Walking, for 30-60 minutes a day.
2. Having an easy excercise.
3. Taking a nap is a must.
4. Drinking water for 8 glasses a day.

And I dont do any point above. Doh.
